• No employee at Parenting Absolute Group shall ask you, a customer for any personal information, government identifications or bank account/debit/credit card information including but not limited to OTPs(One-Time Passwords) and other sensitive personal and financial information. This is to caution you to please be aware and beware of fake and fraudulent social media profiles using the same or deceptively similar names as "Parenting Absolute Group", "Parenting Absolute Professional Services", "Parenting Absolute Institute", "Parenting Absolute Studios", and other auxiliaries thereof.

• We would like you to understand that the only social media handles fully owned and managed by Parenting Absolute Group are:

Section 2 Fake and Fraudulent Communication

No employee at Parenting Absolute Group shall ask you, a customer for any personal information, government identifications or bank account/debit/credit card information including but not limited to OTPs(One-Time Passwords) and other sensitive personal and financial information via any form of written or verbal communication including but not limited to emails, SMSs, or phone calls.

Section 3 Fake and Fraudulent Softwares

No employee at Parenting Absolute Group shall ask you, a customer to access any software other than those declared under this section for any action other than those listed within the purview of the softwares.

1. Coaching Suite Signature

   1. By: Parenting Absolute Professional Services

   2. Functions: Offer coaching communication, goal-setting/tracking, assessments and reports.

   3. Other Declarations: Involves purchases through registered payment providers [Razorpay and PayU].

2. Examination Console

   1. By: Parenting Absolute Institute

   2. Functions: Register and allow conduction of examinations, view supplementary materials, access and download certificates

   3. Other Declarations: None
