Discourse Guidelines

Section 1 Introduction

Welcome to Parenting Absolute.


Parenting Absolute (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates parentingabsolute.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).


Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to parentingabsolute.com, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.


Our Discourse Guidelines govern your interactions with our staff ("coach", "Aurora") and service.


We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.


Our Discoure Guidelines (“Guideline”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).


Section 2 Definitions

USER means the client, visitor or user of the service offered by us.

TEXT DISCOURSE means a form of discourse, conversation or discussion performed via any device of formal discourse including but not restricted to

  1. The chatbox on our site.

  2. Email (to and from info@parentingabsolute.com, support@parentingabsolute.com, parenting.absolute@gmail.com, or any employee email comprising the URL [@parentingabsolute.com])

  3. SMS or WhatsApp Messages (to and from the business number +91 90192 16570)

AUDIO DISCOURSE means a form of discussion, conversation or discourse between us and the user via the means of a device enabling transfer of audio from the user to us and vice versa. Devices include (non-exhaustive):

  1. Audio call performed on the site

  2. Audio/Video Calls performed on online-conferencing software (third-party)

  3. Phone calls

ABUSIVE means language or behavior that is intended to cause emotional, psychological, or physical harm to another individual, including but not limited to insults, derogatory remarks, or repeated negative interactions.

HARASSING means any unwelcome and repeated conduct, communication, or behavior—whether verbal, written, or otherwise—that causes distress, discomfort, or fear in another individual. This includes persistent unwanted attention, intimidation, or coercion.

THREATENING means any statement, gesture, or action that implies intent to cause harm, injury, or damage to an individual, property, or entity. This includes explicit or implicit threats of violence, harm, or legal retaliation.

DISCRIMINATORY means language or behavior that unfairly targets or treats individuals or groups unfavorably based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, sect, disability, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.

VULGAR means crude, offensive, or tasteless language, gestures, or expressions that do not align with a respectful and professional discourse environment.

OBSCENE implies content, language, or material that is sexually explicit, lewd, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for a professional setting, including but not limited to sexually suggestive remarks, explicit descriptions, or gestures.

INAPPROPRIATE means any behavior, language, or content that is deemed unsuitable, unprofessional, or disruptive to a constructive and respectful conversation, including but not limited to off-topic remarks, overly personal inquiries, or any other conduct that violates community standards.

PROVOCATIVE means any language, behavior, or content that is deliberately intended to incite strong emotional reactions, conflicts, or controversy, including inflammatory remarks, baiting, or actions that may escalate tensions within the discourse.


Section 3 Respectful Communication

All interactions must remain professional and courteous. Users are expected to communicate with respect, avoiding language that is:

  1. Abusive, provocative, harassing, or threatening

  2. Discriminatory on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic

  3. Vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate in nature


Section 4 Confidentiality & Privacy

Users must respect the privacy of others. Sharing personal or sensitive information about oneself or others without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally:

  1. Interactions with coaches and the AI-assisted sales and support assistant (Aurora) should not be recorded, shared, or publicly disclosed without prior authorisation by us.

  2. Discussions are private and should remain within the platform unless required by law or consented to by both parties.


Section 5 Truthful & Constructive Engagement

All users should communicate honestly and constructively. Misrepresentation, deceit, or providing false information is prohibited. Feedback and discussions should be solution-oriented and aligned with the purpose of the platform.


Section 6 Compliance with Platform Policies & Legal Standards

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies while engaging in discussions. Any form of indulgence in the following clauses mentioned under this section will result in appropriate action, including termination of access.

Clause 6.1. Unlawful conduct, including threats, fraud, or defamation

Clause 6.2. Encouragement or promotion of illegal activities

Clause 6.3. Violation of intellectual property rights


Section 7 Appropriate Use of AI & Automated Systems

When engaging with the Aurora, users acknowledge that AI responses are generated based on data-driven algorithms and are intended to facilitate meaningful discussions. Users must not indulge in the clauses mentioned under this section:

Clause 7.1. Not exploit or manipulate Aurora's responses for unethical purposes

Clause 7.2. Employ AI-generated content for guidance and not as a substitute for professional or legal advice


Section 8 Call & Chat Conduct

  1. Audio calls with coaches should be conducted in a quiet, respectful setting, free from distractions or disruptions.

  2. Users must refrain from using offensive language, interrupting, or speaking in a manner that is aggressive, demeaning, or in a manner as described in Section 3.

  3. The platform reserves the right to moderate or terminate calls and chats that violate these guidelines.


Section 9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.


If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.


All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


Section 10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.


Section 11 Changes To Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.


Section 12 Amendments To Terms

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.


Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.


By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.


Section 13 Waiver And Severability

No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in Terms and Guidelines shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Company to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.


If any provision of Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.


Section 14 Acknowledgement

BY USING SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
